That was the exact conversation I was having with someone in my DMs on Instagram and it hit me so profoundly: we can get burned out DOING ANYTHING?! Why do we always blame a lack of passion?

I've been there too! I've done that! I've quit work before, blaming a lack of passionate and found myself equally as burned out by my next career...even that career was doing the thing I was passionate about, working for myself!

So, in today's podcast we're going to be talking about burnout and the misconceptions around it, where to start to set better boundaries between your work and your life, and where to start when it comes to making more time for yourself!
