Foundations is included in your enrollment, so you have it either way. If you're new to Notion or feel shaky on the fundamentals, go through Foundations before Module 1. If you've been using Notion for a while, start with Systems School and use Foundations as a reference.

You can watch every lesson in a week. The transformation takes 3-6 months — because that's how long it actually takes to build, live in, and refine a system you'll still be using a year from now. The "live in it" phase is the work. The videos are the setup.

Systems School is Notion-first by design. If you actively refuse to use Notion, this isn't the right room. If you're Notion-curious, great — we'll teach you from scratch. The whole foundation gets built in Notion

I’ll be honest…I have strong opinions about paid vs free tools for business owners. You’re going want a paid Notion account to ensure your sytems are comprehensive.

Technically, the systems thinking is transferable. But every build walkthrough is Notion-native, the templates are built in Notion, and the course is designed around Notion's architecture. You'll get significantly less out of it in another tool. I'd rather tell you that now.
