The VIP Day — $3,500
Walk in Stuck.
Walk out operating
at a Next Level.
One day. A deep diagnostic and a full system build. You don't have to build it yourself. You don't have to figure out what's broken first. You show up and we do it together — and you leave with everything running.
$3500+
One Day. Done WITH You.
What This Actually Is
This is what
getting unstuck
Looks Like.
You walk in with the chaos.
You walk out with the exhale.
There's a version of your business where everything has a home. Where you open your computer and feel giddy instead of dread. Where you can hand something off and it stays handed off. Where your system actually fits the way you think, the way you work, the life you're running alongside the business.
You know that version exists. You just haven't been able to build your way there alone. Not because you're not capable — you're clearly capable — but because the thing you're trying to build is also the thing you're trying to build it with. You can't see your own blind spots. You're too close to it.
That's what the VIP Day is for. You bring the business. I bring the diagnostic lens, the system architecture, and the build. One day later, the thing that has been living in your head is running in Notion. And you get the exhale you've been waiting for.
How You'll Feel When You Close Your Laptop
Not just organized. Free.
Clarified. You finally know what's actually in your business and where everything lives. No more guessing, searching, or rebuilding.
Free. The system is holding it. Not you. The mental load you've been carrying has somewhere to go now.
Excited. You open your computer and feel giddy. Not dread. Not obligation. The kind of excited that makes you want to actually use it.
Operating. Not planning to operate. Not thinking about operating. Actually running your business at the level you've been capable of all along.
Here's Where It Gets Different
Most "done-with-you" offers give you a Strategy Doc and a Wave Goodbye.
Not This Time…
This one ends with a fully running system in your Notion workspace.
You don't leave with a plan. You leave operating.

It’s Time for a VIP Day!
01. You don't have to figure out what's broken first.
That's what the diagnostic is for. Before we build a single thing, we audit everything — your current setup, your breakdown patterns, the places your system is working against you. You show up. I do the diagnosing.
02. You don't have to build it alone.
Every system we surface in the diagnostic gets built that day. In your workspace. In real time. Together. You're not going home with a to-do list. You're going home with a running system.
03. You don't have to wonder if it'll actually fit.
It's not a template. It's not a framework someone else designed for someone else's business. It's built around your specific breakdown pattern, your specific brain, and the business you're actually running right now.
04. You don't have to maintain the momentum yourself.
Thirty days after your VIP Day, we reconnect. You've been living in the system. I want to know what's working, what's shifted, and if anything needs a tweak. The build doesn't end when the day ends.
Diagnose First. Build Second. Leave with Both.
Every VIP Day follows the same two-phase structure. We don't start building until the diagnostic is done — because the diagnostic determines what we build. What you leave with is a system designed for your specific breakdown pattern, your specific business, and your specific brain.
The Intake + Homework Before we meet, you complete a deep intake questionnaire. Business model, current systems, breakdown patterns, what's working, what's not, what you've already tried. I show up to the day already knowing your business — we don't spend the first hour getting up to speed.
The Deep Diagnostic. We audit everything. Current Notion setup, workflow patterns, breakdown points, delegation failures, the places where your system is working against you instead of for you. By the end of Phase One, we have a clear picture of exactly what needs to be built — and in what order. Nothing gets built until this is done.
Architecture + Lunch. We take a break. I use this time to map out the build architecture based on the diagnostic — exactly what we're building, in what order, and how each piece connects. You rest. You eat. You come back ready for Phase Two.
The Full Build. We build. Together, in your Notion workspace, in real time. Every system the diagnostic surfaced gets built, connected, and tested before we close the day. You're not watching me build — you're co-building, so you understand every decision and can maintain it after I'm gone.
The Walkthrough + Handoff. We walk through everything we built. I answer every question. You leave knowing exactly how your system works, how to maintain it, and what to do next. You close your laptop with the exhale.
Thirty days after your VIP Day, we have a 30-minute follow-up call. You've been living in the system. I want to know what's working, what's shifted, and if anything needs a tweak. The build doesn't end when the day ends.
The Promise
A Fully built Notion workspace is not the goal. The Exhale is the Goal.
The exhale is what happens when the system is finally holding what you've been holding alone. And the exhale is what's been missing.

2x the build + stay in my corner while I learn to run it

I want the build and someone in my corner while I actually adopt it.
What You Get

What Clients Are Saying
The systems speak for themselves.
○ ×
"I can't say enough about this. This is the first time I feel like I have a sustainable system and plan. I'm so freaking grateful. 🙏🏻"
"I've been banging my head against the wall — I feel like I'm drowning. I knew Notion could do what I needed, I just didn't know how."
"I have a client portal with everything I wanted and all I have to do is implement it. You need her if you use Notion and want much more than simple templates or done yourself."
"My mind is blown by everything I can do in Notion… without flipping back and forth between the 10 tabs that are open on my computer at all times."
After Your VIP Day
What Monday Morning
looks like now.
This is what we're building toward. Not vague "clarity" — actual, concrete changes in how your business runs.
Your CEO dashboard tells you your priorities, your active clients, and what needs attention today. No guessing. No digging.
Inquiry → onboarding → delivery → offboarding. Each stage has a process. Nothing slips through because nothing lives in your head.
Ideas → drafts → published → repurposed. Not because you worked harder. Because the system does the work of keeping track.
Tested this. It holds. Because the systems run on processes, not on you being present for every single thing.
The machine runs. You steer. That's the difference between owning a business and being owned by one.
No more paying for six tools that don't talk to each other. One system, fully integrated, built around how you actually work.
Honestly, Is this the right Move for You?
The VIP Day is premium and deliberately limited. Here's how to know if you're in the right place.
This is for you if…
You have real clients, real revenue, and a real mess behind the scenes
You've been "meaning to fix your systems" for months — and you still haven't
You've tried templates and tutorials and they didn't stick because they weren't built for you
You want someone to justbuild the damn thing— not teach you how
You're ready to invest in infrastructure, not another course
This probably isn't for you if…
You're brand new with no clients yet — start here first
You want ongoing coaching and support, not a one-day intensive
You're looking for the most affordable option — this is premium, and the price reflects it
You're not ready to actually use a system once it's built
Your Systems Architect
Why Ellyn for this?
Ellyn isn't a productivity coach. She's a systems strategist and Notion architect who spent years in research and education — where diagnosing the actual problem before prescribing the solution was non-negotiable.
She brings that same diagnostic precision to your business. No guesswork. No templates slapped onto your situation. Every VIP Day build starts with reading your game film — your actual workflows, your real bottlenecks, your specific brain — and building from there.
She's also the person behind Systems School (group) and Burnout-Proof Business (flagship membership). The VIP Day is for people who don't want to wait — they want it done, done right, done now.
Got Questions?
The things people Actually Ask.
-
Yes. VIP Days are available virtually or in-person either at EmpowerHouse in Puyallup, WA or on my apartment’s rooftop in Tacoma, WA. Most clients do it virtually — you share your screen, we build together, and you see everything happening in real time
-
Up to 90 days in advance. Because there are only 2 VIP Days per month, spots fill up— especially if you're flexible on timing.
-
VIP Days are best for founders who already have offers and clients — there needs to be a real business to build systems around. If you're earlier stage, Systems School ($50/mo) is a better starting point. Build your foundation first, then come back for the VIP Day when your business has outgrown the group lane.
-
Notion is my primary tool, but I have some abilities to build outside of Notion (ClickUp, Google Workspace, etc.).
We decide together during the pre-day strategy session. Ellyn won't force you into a tool that doesn't fit your brain.
-
Refunds are only available prior to the pre-day strategy call. This ensures full alignment before we build anything — you'll know exactly what's getting built before the day starts.
If it's not the right fit, we'll know before we begin.
-
Yes. A payment plan option is available at booking. You'll choose your payment structure when you book — no need to ask separately.
-
You get a walkthrough call to orient you in everything that was built, then a follow-up call a few weeks later to handle adjustments and real-life questions.
After that, if you want ongoing custom support and implementation — Burnout-Proof Business ($150/mo) is the natural next step. It's where VIP Day clients often land after the build.
Stop Managing the Mess
Let's build the Machine.
