We meet live for 90 minutes and get specific. I'll identify what's actually breaking down — not what you've been blaming — what's creating the "looks good, goes dead" problem, and what needs to change first. You'll leave the call with a clear direction and a short list of decisions that make everything else easier.
Within 7 business days you'll receive everything in writing — the part you can come back to when your brain is fried.
