#98 - COVID TIPS: Working From Home + Surviving Social Distancing

Summary

Alrighty...we're just going to stare down the elephant in the room today. CORONAVIRUS. Because for many of us, this is having a MASSIVE impact on our lives.

Our work situation has changed. Our social situation has changed. Many of our day-to-day activities are either suspended or are DRAMATICALLY different, am I right? From work, to working out, to childcare, to social connections...it's all different!

Hell, I signed back up for Bumble a DAY before all bars and restaurants were shut down. So my dating life is DEF getting put on hold!

So, in today's podcast, I want to talk about the elephant in the room, but not to pep you up! Instead, I want to help you get SUPER TANGIBLE about some of these realities and how you can overcome and best deal with these changes to MAKE THE BEST OF THEM!

I'm talking about WORKING FROM HOME! If you've never done it before, I'm going to be talking about some SUPER important things to keep in mind as you move into this new-ness! We'll talk about scheduling, boundaries, burnout, taking breaks, and I'll even be giving some tech advice!

We'll also be talking about social distancing and how to get in the social time you may need, as well as how to take full advantage of being home more!
