  1. Sickness (Can't recover or constantly sick): If you find yourself unable to recover from illnesses or frequently falling sick, it's a clear sign of burnout. Take the time to rest and prioritize sleep. Your body needs time to recover and recharge.

  2. Getting Frustrated/Crying Easily: Are you feeling emotionally overwhelmed and finding yourself easily frustrated or in tears? Emotional processing is key here. Allow yourself the space to acknowledge and process your emotions. Seek support from a trusted friend or therapist who can provide guidance.

  3. Inability to Turn Off: Constantly thinking about work and unable to switch off? Emotional processing and brain dumping can help. Carve out dedicated time to reflect, journal, and release the thoughts and anxieties that are keeping you engaged with work. Additionally, spending time with like-minded business friends who understand your journey can provide much-needed support.

  4. Boredom: Feeling bored and uninspired by your business? It's time to reignite your passion. Set aside time to brainstorm and explore new ideas that excite you. Get curious and open yourself up to new possibilities and ventures.

  5. Lack of Motivation about Your Business or Business Offers: If you're feeling disconnected and lacking motivation, it's essential to realign with your business values and vision. Take the time to reflect on what truly matters to you and what drives your passion. Reconnect with your purpose and let it guide your decisions and actions.

Remember, burnout is not a sign of weakness but an opportunity for growth and self-care. Prioritize your well-being and implement these fixes to overcome burnout in your business.
