Questions
Before you Book.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. Most builds work on a free plan. If yours needs a paid feature (like certain automations or Notion AI), I’ll flag it from your intake before we start.
Can you fix things that aren’t in Notion?
Notion is home base, but I look at the whole stack. If your build connects to another tool, like your forms, calendar or Zapier, we can wire that in. Sometimes the fix is cutting a tool, not adding one. If the problem lives entirely outside Notion, start with a Kickoff Call so we can find the right fix.
I’m a small team. Can we book this?
Yes. Bring whoever needs to be there. It’s your workspace. Want it built for your team instead? Look at The Dynasty.
What if it doesn’t get finished in the session?
Most builds are done before we hang up. If yours isn’t, you leave knowing exactly what’s left and how to finish it, or you can book a follow-up session.
What if the real problem is bigger than one build?
Then I’ll tell you. Sometimes what looks like a dashboard problem is really a priority, capacity, or process problem. We’ll still make one useful fix in the session, and I’ll point you to The Huddle, where there’s room to dig in and find what’s actually causing it.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Pay $450 up front or in 2 payments of $225. Either way, you pick your session time right after checkout.
Can I book more than one?
Yes. Book sessions back to back if your build needs more than 90 minutes.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancel 48+ hours before your session for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, you can reschedule once.
Do I get a recording?
Yes. You get the session recording so you can rewatch the build anytime.
