There are big changes in store for 2020 and I wanted to give you a quick insight here about what's going down!

I have been podcasting since August 2018 and the goal was SIMPLE. To share personal growth tips and impactful conversations...I called it "The Growth Tribe" because I wanted to build a tribe of people who were as obsessed with personal growth as I was! But things are a little different now...

I'm STILL OBSESSED with personal growth and probably always will be! But as we enter a new year and a new decade, I had a big f'ing realization...It's not just about personal growth...it's about intentional action to help you TAKE BACK YOUR DAMN LIFE! When I started my personal growth journey in 2014, every single thing I did had an intention. And that intention was to empower me to TAKE BACK MY DAMN LIFE and do it on my terms...

And that's what I want this podcast to do for YOU...That's my MISSION. That's what I believe I was put on this earth to do! Cuz I know in my bones what it feels like to live a life that isn't yours...and I want to empower you to TAKE YOURS BACK! So, there are some changes coming up in this podcast! And I want to give you a little insight today into what they are:

  • We're going to keep things short, sweet and to the point.

  • There will be more solo episodes + shorter interviews...

  • We're going to continue giving you tangible tips...
