#79 - 3 Tips to Overcome Self-Judgment

Summary

"You do a ton of introspection, which is awesome. So many of us avoid that level of introspection because of self-judgment. We're so used to being critical of ourselves that we end up avoiding exactly what you're doing...Do you struggle with that at all?"

That was a direct quote from an Instagram DM that I received in July and I've only recently come to realize the importance of this person's observation. I had the pleasure of being interviewed by this same person for a mastermind a few months later and we realized some very important things regarding my mindset. But the questions still remains: how can we become less judgmental of ourselves?

Well, in today's episode, I'm giving you 3 important tips to help change your mindset, your self-talk, and to give yourself more credit, all so that you become less judgmental. I'll be giving you examples from my real-life and from my work as a tutor because from so many of us, these are habits and thought patterns we've had since we were young.
