When life throws a monkey wrench into things OR pushes you OR challenges you, it gets stressful and sometimes it gets stressful quickly. So, what are some things we can do to calm ourselves back down and relax? In this episode, I share a little bit about a recent situation at work and how I dealt with it, plus some of my other go-to tips to relax when you’re stressed.
