The Podcast Hub

For Solopreneurs Who are Done Wasting Time on Cringe Pitches, Pay-to-Play Games, and Backend CHAOS…

Podcasting shouldn’t feel like another full-time job—
especially when you're already wearing all the hats.

But let’s be honest...

💀 Facebook groups are chaotic, spammy, and full of “can I pick your brain?” messages
💰 PodMatch and other platforms charge just to connect
🚫 And too many people are now charging you to be a guest (WTF even is that?!)

You built a business to share your voice—not to sift through garbage pitches or beg for bookings.

Welcome to The Podcast Hub.

A no-fluff, no-spam space built for solopreneurs who take their brand seriously.

→ No gimmicks. No pay-to-play.
Just real connections between podcast hosts + aligned guests who actually belong in each other’s worlds.

Are You Over This Sh*t Too?

🔥 You want aligned, high-quality guests—not copy-paste pitches from strangers who didn’t read your show description
🔥 You’re sick of the “guest-for-hire” energy and pitches that end with a price tag
🔥 You’re done wasting hours scrolling, DMing, and hoping for the right fit

You’re not here to hustle for visibility.
🟨 You’re here to run podcasting like a system—clean, intentional, and efficient.
🟨 You don’t need a matchmaker. You need a structure.
🟨 And you definitely don’t need to outsource to a $3K/month agency to make it work.

Built for Solo Hustlers and Systems-Obsessed Delegators

Whether you’re pitching yourself or looping in your VA, The Podcast Hub keeps everything in one clean, centralized space.

No more scattered emails. No more ghosted follow-ups.
🟨 Just a system you or your team can run—without the chaos or cringe.

Pod Hub FAQ

  • Great question and HELL NO! One of our rules in this community is NO SPAM. We’re not here for self-promo, link-dumping, or shady sales pitches. If it feels spammy, it probably is—so don’t post it. We’ll be having our community help us determine what feels spammy and what doesn’t but we—as the admins and moderators of the space—will also be navigating this too!

  • This is one of the biggest reasons we decided to create this space. Because places like PodMatch? The only matches I (Ellyn!) EVER got were pay to play and I don’t believe in that…

So, there will be NO pay to play in this space. Charging people to be on your podcast? Not here. This community is built on genuine collaboration, not transactions.

  • Absolutely. Just share your Podcast Hub login, and they’ll have everything they need to pitch, follow up, and track opportunities—without bugging you for details.

Annnnnnd make sure they check out the Podcast Ops trainings so they don’t sound like a spammy robot 😉

  • Friend, I get that! And honestly, if that’s how you’re feeling, I would recommend Burnout-Proof Business instead! Why? Because it will help you implement and build out the done-with-you systems so that podcasting and podcast guesting doesn’t’ feel so damn overwhelming…
