Have you ever felt like you're "not doing enough"? Like your to-do list is doing nothing but make you feel bad?!

I call this to-do list or productivity shame, and it's something that I'm intimately familiar with. And it's too damn bad! It always kills me that something as simple as a piece of paper has been commandeered in a way to shame us, you know? In today's podcast, we're going to talk about to-do list shame and a few simple tips for how you can overcome it!
