#18 - Ruthless Intentionality with Kat Burns of Vitality Rising

When you start moving toward something in your life, how fully have you committed to it? Are you all-in? Or do you still have a foot on the shore, wondering why your not sailing? In today’s podcast, Kat Burns talks about what she called “ruthless intentionality”, a phrase that I’m totally stealing in my future life. For her, it was all about taking responsibility and having some intention, ruthless intention, with the choices she makes. But you don’t just declare something in your life. You create it. You have to have that same intention in the actions you take, the language you use, the awareness you have in your day to day life and in shifting your mindset. Ruthless intentionality is a lifestyle and one that transforms your life and the steps you start taking toward your achieving your goals.
