Weight Tracker Spreadsheets


Tracking your weights and repetitions is an important way to keep track of your progress in any fitness program. Whether you’re doing a Beachbody program or not! But, for me personally, I could never quite get used to those paper workout tracker sheets. I would lose them all the time, and using other apps on my phone wasn’t convenient. And using my computer? Ha. Talk about unrealistic! I wanted something simpler and more user friendly to keep track of my workouts, weights, and progress.

So – I decided to use Excel!

But, instead of just using an excel spreadsheet on my PC, I turned my excel spreadsheets into Google Docs so that I could edit them on my phone! Yay! Win win! And – since these have been so helpful for me, I thought I’d share them with you all!

For all of these spreadsheets, each Beachbody program is contained into a single Google Sheet workbook. The different, individual workouts within each program are on individual spreadsheets within each workbook. You can find these different spreadsheets in tabs on the bottom of the workbook.
