11.3 - Habit Formation

We are nothing if not culmination of our habits.

Why develop habits? Because when your motivation falters, which it will, habit is what keeps you going. Habit is what will make you show up for yourself when everything else is telling you not to. Nothing more. Nothing less. That's why habits are really important to me because once we can habituate different parts of our lives, those different behaviors get done. And if we want to be happy, healthy and high-achieving, our habits need to demonstrate that! So today we're going to talk a little about habit formation, how to go about it and some tips to make habits stick!
