6.4 - Self Compassion & Language
Today we're going to talk about perhaps my all-time favorite topic and one of the most important topics in building your emotional confidence. Today is all about self-compassion and the language we use when we talk to ourselves. Sometimes, we have gotten so used to our negative inner monologue that we don't realize how much it is affecting our sense of self-confidence. Today, we're going to talk about how we can change that sense of self-confidence and use language more effectively to put ourselves into the write state of mind to achieve our goals!
