  • Comfort Zones why staying comfortable is a great short-term solution, but a poor way of improving your confidence long-terms
  • Alter Egos - fake it till you make it isn't just a saying
  • Authenticity and ways to practice authenticity, so that you can become more comfortable with yourself
  • Mindfulness because sometimes simple seeing and understanding your habits, your inner monologue and your reactions is the key to changing your confidence

This 8-week program includes walking through the entire Pursuit of Confidence program, with me, your coach, holding you accountable! We'll meet weekly to talk about how the course is progressing for you, what aspects of the material you're struggling with or have questions about, and what strengths you can leverage to enhance your confidence even further!

You'll also receive LIFETIME ACCESS to the program as it changes and evolves over time!
