P90X3 Weight Tracker Spreadsheet


Tracking your weights and repetitions is an important way to keep track of your progress in any fitness program. Whether you're doing a Beachbody program or not! But, for me personally, I could never quite get used to those paper workout tracker sheets. I would lose them all the time, and using other apps on my phone wasn't convenient. And using my computer? Ha. Talk about unrealistic! I wanted something simpler and more user-friendly to keep track of my workouts, weights, and progress.


But, instead of just using an excel spreadsheet on my PC, I turn my excel spreadsheets into Google Docs so that I could edit them on my phone! Yay! Win win! And - since these have been so helpful for me, I thought I'd share them with you all!

After your purchase....

You will receive a digital download of your chosen workout excel. For all of these spreadsheets, each Beachbody program is contained in a single Google Sheet workbook. The different, individual workouts within each program are on individual spreadsheets within each workbook. You can find these different spreadsheets in tabs on the bottom of the workbook. 

If you want to use them on your desktop computer: 

  • You will receive your digital copy of your spreadsheet. 
  • Save them to your desired location and either use them electronically or print out copies to use during your workout.

If you want to be able to access them on your phone via Google Drive:

  • you will receive a digital copy of your spreadsheet.
  • Save the spreadsheet to your desired location on your computer.
  • Go to drive.google.com and login to your Google account
  • On the left side, click the blue "New" button and then click file upload.
  • Locate your workout excel in the location where you saved it and click select.
  • Google Drive will upload your workout excel to your Drive location. Now you are free to edit it as you see fit!
